Warranty Policy

Refund (refund only)

Full order refunds for in-store goods triggered by customer, logistics or service issues, covering the full cycle from order placement to receipt confirmation.

Return and exchange

Signed-for eligible goods may be returned or exchanged for quality, logistics or usage defects (applies to all regular store products).

Repair

Defective goods will be sent back to the factory for repair processing for online orders.

Gifts

Complimentary accessories provided during sales or order settlement, not sold separately.

7-day no-reason return and exchange

The 7-day period (168 hours) starts at 00:00 the day after delivery signature.
Customers may apply for no-reason returns within 7 days of receipt for personal reasons (excluding specific product categories). Returned items must remain resellable.

After-sales treatment after replacement

One free replacement is offered. A second replacement is available for faults occurring 7–15 days after receiving the replacement unit; no further replacement after 15 days.

Free maintenance service

Escalate to management for special approval if customers reject standard solutions.
For issues arising after the free replacement window, maintenance fees will be negotiated with customers on a case-by-case basis.

Logistics problems

Covers transit damages, lost parcels, delayed/misdirected shipments, missing tracking updates and fake receipts.
All related costs shall be covered by the logistics provider. Our support team will coordinate with customers to reach a resolution, and all incidents must be logged on the Express Issue Follow-Up Form.

Logistics Policy

1. Purpose
Deliver LED displays to global clients efficiently, safely and on schedule, while protecting product quality throughout transit.

2. Scope
Covers all exported LED display products for markets across North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Africa and Oceania.
3. Modes of Transportation
We select optimal shipping solutions (sea, air, land freight) based on client demands, destination logistics and product attributes.
4. Packaging Standards
All goods follow international transit packaging standards to avoid damage, including:

Shockproof & moisture-proof materials

Reinforced cartons
Clear shipping marks & labels
5. Transport Insurance
Cargo insurance is included for every export batch, covering damage, loss and theft from origin to destination.
6. Customs Clearance and Documentation
Complete customs documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, CE certificate, etc.) are supplied accurately and promptly for smooth clearance.
7. Transit Time
Shipments depart immediately post-production. Standard lead times:
Sea freight: 30–60 days
Air freight: 7–14 days
Land transport (adjacent countries): 10–20 days
8. Tracking and Feedback
Full tracking data is available for clients to monitor shipments. We proactively update delivery progress and coordinate with carriers.
9. Issue Handling
For transit damage or delays, we coordinate with clients and logistics providers quickly to resolve issues and offer fair compensation.
10. Partners
We only collaborate with strictly vetted, reputable logistics firms to guarantee stable, reliable shipping services.
11. Environmental Requirements
Eco-friendly transport options are prioritized to cut carbon emissions and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
12. Termination and Modification
This policy takes effect upon release. Revisions will be posted on the official website and apply instantly in response to market and internal adjustments.

Ownership of Rights
All texts, software, images, videos, layouts and other content on the platform belong to MWDisplay and its affiliates, with all intellectual property rights reserved. No copying, crawling, display, upload or download is allowed without written permission.
All platform logos, brands and visuals are registered trademarks of our affiliates worldwide. Unauthorized display or use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
The platform only takes legal responsibility for self-released content and is not liable for user-posted texts and product materials. Some sections function as BBS, where users bear full legal responsibility for all uploaded content.
Reposting user content only serves information sharing and does not represent platform recognition of such viewpoints or authenticity.
