Standardized End-to-End Manufacturing Process for Consistent LED Display Quality

MWDisplay implements a strict, standardized, full-closed-loop manufacturing process covering raw material inspection, SMT production, module processing, aging testing, quality verification and finished product packaging.

Every production procedure follows international industrial standards and MES intelligent management regulations. We eliminate unstable manual operation differences, ensure each batch of LED displays features consistent color, precise splicing accuracy and ultra-high stability, and deliver reliable products for global commercial, engineering and customized projects.

01. Raw Material Strict Inspection & Selection

All core components including LED lamp beads, driving ICs, power supplies and control cards are sourced from certified top-tier suppliers. Before entering production, every batch of materials undergoes strict appearance inspection, performance testing and parameter screening.

Unqualified raw materials are completely rejected from entering the production line, fundamentally avoiding product quality risks and ensuring the basic stability and durability of finished LED displays.

02. Intelligent SMT Precision Mounting

Adopting fully automatic high-speed SMT mounting equipment and precision reflow soldering technology, MWDisplay realizes high-precision patch placement and integrated soldering for circuit boards and lamp beads.

The whole process is completed in a dust-free constant-temperature workshop, effectively avoiding offset, virtual soldering and missing parts. Intelligent equipment ensures uniform component positioning and soldering quality, greatly improving product yield and electrical performance stability.

03. Module Gluing, Sealing & Assembly

According to indoor and outdoor product specifications, we perform professional automatic glue filling and waterproof sealing treatment for LED modules. Outdoor products adopt high-strength waterproof glue and fully enclosed structural design to achieve excellent dustproof and waterproof performance.

After glue curing and structural reinforcement, professional staff complete standardized module assembly, ensuring firm structure, good pressure resistance and strong environmental adaptability of each module.

04. Multi-Dimensional Calibration & Testing

All finished modules undergo professional factory calibration and performance testing. We implement brightness uniformity calibration, color gamut consistency correction and gray-scale optimization to eliminate color difference and screen flicker.

Meanwhile, strict functional tests including circuit conduction test, signal reception test and low-light display test are carried out to ensure each module presents delicate, uniform and stable display effects.

05. 72-Hour Full Load Aging Test

A core advantage of MWDisplay’s manufacturing process is the 72-hour uninterrupted full-load aging test. All semi-finished screens work continuously at full load under simulated actual operating environments. During the aging period, real-time monitoring of screen brightness, temperature, signal stability and failure rate is conducted.

Potential hidden dangers such as dead lamps and unstable circuits are eliminated in advance, greatly improving the long-term operation stability and service life of the display screens.

06. Finished Product Inspection & Packaging

After aging qualification, the finished LED screens will undergo a final full-item inspection, including appearance inspection, splicing flatness test, overall display effect verification and accessory matching check. All qualified products adopt customized shockproof, dustproof and moisture-proof professional packaging.

Equipped with complete installation accessories and operation manuals, the products can adapt to long-distance sea and air transportation, ensuring intact product delivery to global clients.

Aging Area

Modules undergo continuous power-on aging for 72 hours to simulate all-weather operating conditions, filtering out early defective products and delivering outstanding long-term stability.

Assembly Workshop

1.Cabinets are assembled following standardized procedures for tight and solid splicing, forming robust and durable overall frames.
2.Standardized wiring of built-in power supplies and receiving cards ensures neat cable layout for stable power supply and signal transmission.
3.Complete pre-assembly of full screens at the factory verifies splicing accuracy in advance, greatly lowering on-site installation difficulty.
4.Finished full screens are powered on for lighting tests to present smooth high-definition images. Closed-loop full-process production with multi-layer quality inspections comprehensively addresses three core industry pain points: dead lamps, color difference and poor waterproof performance.
